The Site is owned and operated by RA Capital Management, LP and its affiliates (referred to collectively in this Privacy Policy as “RA,” “we,” “us,” “our” and other similar pronouns).

We do not intentionally gather Personal Data from visitors who are under the age of 13. HOW MAY WE USE AND DISCLOSE YOUR INFORMATION?
First and foremost, please do not send or disclose to us any sensitive personal information (e.g., social security numbers, information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, biometrics or genetic characteristics, criminal background or union membership) on or through the Site or otherwise!If you do send or disclose any sensitive personal information to us (such as when you submit user generated content to the Site), you have consented to our processing and use of such sensitive personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN/KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We would only retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
To determine the appropriate retention period for Personal Data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the Personal Data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your Personal Data, the purposes for which we process your Personal Data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.
