Senior Associate, Strategic Initiatives
Adam Prince is a Senior Associate with the TechAtlas division of RA Capital Management. His primary responsibilities are to work closely with the investment team to understand competitive landscapes, evaluate investment opportunities, and advise portfolio companies on program and pipeline strategy. Prior to RA, Adam completed a fellowship in cardiology at Dartmouth Health and his internal medicine residency at Northwell Health. He holds a BS in Biology from Duke University, an MD from Drexel University College of Medicine, and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business.
ALEX MARTINEZ-FORTE
Director, Quantitative Research & Strategy
Alex Martinez-Forte is a Director, Quantitative Research & Strategy at RA Capital Management. Alex’s primary responsibility is to lead quantitative analyses that support investment decisions and inform portfolio management. Alex previously worked at Mirai Advisory, where he specialized in financial risk and data science and developed machine learning algorithms to support banks managing regulatory and operational challenges. Prior to Mirai Advisory, he was a Financial Analyst at Wainwright Investment Counsel. Alex holds a BA with a triple-major in Finance, Economics, and Math from UMass Lowell.
ERNESTO GONZALEZ
Manager of IT Planning, Portfolio & Operations
Ernesto Gonzalez is the Manager of IT Planning, Portfolio & Operations at RA Capital Management. Ernesto’s primary responsibility is to drive our IT strategic planning cycles, lead the intake, prioritization, and coordination of IT projects, and support the day‑to‑day internal operational and team coordination within and across IT and the firm. iHe previously held roles as VP Product Manager - Data Services at Charles River Development (a State Street Company) and Senior Business Analyst in Capital Markets at Bain Capital Credit and State Street Global Exchange, DataGX. He holds a BA in History from University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a Master's of Urban Affairs from Boston University.
MEREDITH COLLINS
Associate Director, Research
Meredith Collins is an Associate Director of Research within the TechAtlas division of RA Capital Management. She leads the Research Team and oversees the group’s operations, strategy, and professional development. Meredith manages initiatives that enhance research quality, increase workflow efficiency, and foster team growth while also supporting diligence and analysis of commercial-stage companies. Prior to joining RA Capital, Meredith served as a Medical Education Researcher at BMC Global Inc. and as a Medical Scribe at Longwood Pediatrics. She holds a BS in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Director of Office Services and Administration
Keely Jones is the Director of Office Services and Administration at RA Capital Management. Her primary responsibility is overseeing all facets of office management, facilities, and administrative services. She brings a diverse background across the corporate, nonprofit, and entertainment sectors, with experience leading operations, administrative functions, and strategic initiatives that support organizational growth and employee engagement. Prior to joining RA Capital, Keely served as Director of Offices and Administration at Social Finance and as Director of Operations for Beacon Academy, a Boston-based nonprofit focused on educational equity. Earlier in her career, she spent over a decade in the entertainment industry, supporting international film marketing and publicity initiatives for Sony Pictures Entertainment. Keely holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
JEFF KIMMEL
Enterprise AI Enablement Lead
Jeff Kimmel is an Enterprise AI Enablement Lead at RA Capital Management. Prior to RA, Jeff co-founded an AI climate tech startup serving as Chief Technology & AI Officer, where he designed and built an AI platform focused on reducing energy consumption and emissions across large-scale industrial equipment. Partnering with organizations such as the U.S. Department of Energy, he developed and deployed AI-powered solutions that enabled operators to optimize performance, access complex system data through natural language, and drive measurable sustainability outcomes. Prior to this, Jeff held numerous leadership roles across 15+ years of experience in investment management. Serving in roles including CFO, CCO, and Director of IT at a Boston-based hedge fund, Jeff helped to grow assets by more than 6X. He began his career as a systems analyst at a large mutual fund, building a foundation in trading systems and investment technology and automation. Jeff holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Northeastern University.
